According to the strategy of "building at the same time", China shipbuilding industry has steadily promoted the development of ship repair, shipbuilding and ship supporting specialty. China Shipping Ship Repair is composed of China Shipping Industry Pudong Company (SP), China Shipping Changxing Company (CX), Lixin Shipyard (LX) and Boluomiao Shipyard (BLM), with SP as the operation headquarters. Through the integration of resources, China Shipping Ship Repair has gradually formed a large-scale operation and specialized operation. China shipbuilding industry undertakes to repair more than 500 ships of various types every year, and the number of ship repairs keeps the first place in the country year after year. Its business scope includes routine, special and marine engineering repair, renovation and special painting.

In terms of diversified development, the company also owns Ying Hui Nanfang Shipbuilding (Panyu, Guangzhou) Co., Ltd., a first-class high-speed ship builder in Asia, and a local shipyard with the capacity of manufacturing spare parts, supporting shipbuilding and dismantling 654.38+100,000 light tons.

In 2007, China shipbuilding industry decided to build China Shipping Jiangsu Shipbuilding Base-China Shipping Industry (Jiangsu) Co., Ltd., which currently has a dock coastline of 3.5 kilometers and an annual shipbuilding capacity of 3 million deadweight tons, occupying an important position in China shipbuilding industry. China Shipping Jiangsu Shipbuilding Base implements batch manufacturing and adopts modern shipbuilding mode. In 2009, six ships were built in one dock, which formed a unique cost advantage and differentiation strategy. The gauge of four 900-ton gantry cranes reaches 239 meters, which is the first time in China shipbuilding industry.
