The health institutions in Xihu District will openly recruit staff. The relevant matters are now announced as follows:
1. Recruitment positions and recruitment conditions
*** There are 12 positions in 6 public institutions. Please see the attached table for specific positions and recruitment conditions.
2. Matters related to registration
1. Registration time: 9:00-11:30 am on October 20th, 13:30-16:30 pm. Registration location: Xihu District Party Member Service Center (formerly Xihu Branch of Hangzhou Municipal Party School, No. 3 Gudun Road).
2. When registering, you need to bring the following materials: (1) Application form for open recruitment of public institutions in Xihu District (Attachment 2); (2) You must provide the original and copy of your ID card and academic certificate; (3) ) Provide 2 recent one-inch photos without a hat; (4) Original and copy of household registration book. For those who do not have household registration book, the household registration certificate shall be issued by the police station where the household registration is located; (5) If the position applied for has a professional title (qualification) requirement, the professional title (qualification) must be provided ) The original and copy of the certificate; (6) If the applied position has work experience requirements, you must also provide the original and copy of the labor contract signed with the work unit, and the personal pension insurance list issued by the Social Security Office (must be stamped with the Social Security Office Seal ); (7) Applicants who are contract staff of Xihu District Community Health Service Center must provide a certificate, and the specific form is attached.
3. Other explanations: (1) The number of years of work experience in the recruitment conditions refers to the cumulative working time after graduating from college, excluding internship time before graduation; (2) The cut-off time for calculating age and work experience is: October 20, 2011; (3) Applicants must be full-time postgraduates from ordinary universities or above, or senior professional titles. There is no limit on household registration, but the major or professional title must be consistent with the professional requirements of the position applied for; (4) Every Applicants are limited to one position. If the ratio between the number of applications and the number of job requirements does not reach 3:1, the recruitment position will be cancelled; (5) If the applicant is a contract staff member of the Xihu District Community Health Service Center, the recruitment position will be canceled according to the relevant regulations of Xihu District. Provides extra points for the written test.
3. Exam
The exam includes a written test and an interview. The written test and interview scores each account for 50% of the total score. The score of passing the written examination is 60 points (excluding health technical positions). The written examination results will be announced on the Xihu District Talent Network without further notification. The written examination time, location, and requirements will be notified separately. Interview candidates will be determined based on the written test scores from high to low in a ratio of 1:3 for the recruitment positions. The interview time, location, and requirements will be notified separately. Qualifying interview scores will be divided into 60 points, and the interview results will be announced on the spot.
4. Physical examination and inspection
The candidates for physical examination and inspection will be selected from those who passed the interview according to their comprehensive scores (comprehensive score = written test score × 50% + interview score × 50%). The applicants will be ranked in order of lowest score and determined based on the ratio of 1:1 to the number of positions to be recruited. The time will be notified later. The physical examination standards and items refer to the "General Standards for Physical Examination for Civil Servant Recruitment (Trial)". Those who fail the physical examination or inspection will be replaced from the position in order of overall performance from high to low.
5. Public announcement and recruitment
Qualified personnel will be listed on the Xihu Talent Network (www.xhrc.net) and the Xihu District Health Bureau website (ws.hzxh.gov.cn) Public announcement for 7 days. If there are no objections during the publicity period, the relevant recruitment procedures will be handled after the publicity is over. Approved personnel must report within the specified time.
