Duties of Sailors (5)

1. Be responsible for the inspection and maintenance of the hull and deck equipment according to the Division of Duties for Ship Overhaul and Maintenance, and keep them in good working condition.

2. Arrange the crew's work according to the maintenance plan and the first mate's instructions. Before starting work, assign tasks, implement safety precautions, strengthen on-site inspection, report to the chief officer and captain in advance for special operations such as high altitude, general outdoor and entering closed places, and supervise and guide them on the spot.

3. When repairing the ship, do a good job of self-repair, supervision and acceptance according to the instructions of the first mate.

Arrival and departure work

1. Before arriving in Hong Kong, according to the instructions of the first mate, lead the sailors to make all preparations for fore and aft mooring, chain release, loading and unloading, etc.
