Relevant regulations for foreign teachers to work in China:

1. You need to provide your passport, valid visa, expert certificate, health certificate (first application), accommodation registration certificate, school or training institution Certificates and other relevant materials (schools or training institutions must register with the immigration administration department.)

2. The inviting unit is qualified to hire foreign experts (teachers).

Recruiting schools usually have age requirements for foreign teachers. They hope that foreign teachers should be between 18 and 55 years old. Restrictions can be relaxed under special circumstances.

If you are transferred to a domestic school or company, you must provide the following materials:

"Cultural and Educational" Experts

1. Request for Instruction Report;

2. "Foreign Expert Certificate" registration form, 2 photos;

3. Copy of valid professional visa to China and full-page copy of valid residence permit;

4. Foreign experts Resume and copy of professional qualification certificate;

5. Proof of termination contract from the original hiring unit;

6. Standard contract of the State Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs signed between the hiring unit and the foreign expert.

"Economic and Technical" Experts

1. Request for Instruction Report;

2. A Registration Form for the "Foreign Expert Certificate" and "Foreign Experts Coming to China" One application form for "Work Permit"; 2 photos

3. A copy of the valid visa to China and a full-page copy of the valid residence permit;

4. Resume and major of the foreign expert Copy of qualification certificate;

5. Proof of termination contract from the original hiring unit;

6. Contract signed between the hiring unit and foreign experts (foreign technical and professional personnel must provide employment contracts; Foreign-invested enterprises need to submit a copy of the approval certificate and business license).
