Legal basis: According to the Implementation Opinions on Guiding and Encouraging College Graduates to Work in Teaching, Supporting Agriculture, Supporting Medicine and Helping the Poor in Rural Grassroots (Ren Yuefa [2007]141No.), Guangdong has 10 preferential policies for recruiting personnel, of which the following four are the most attractive:

First, college students who have passed the examination after the expiration of their service and are engaged in teaching, supporting agriculture, supporting medicine and helping the poor (hereinafter referred to as "three supports and one support") will be given 3 points in written test scores if they apply for civil servants in our province within 3 years from the date of expiration of their service; To apply for civil service positions with age restrictions, the age for applying can be relaxed by 2 years, and priority is given to employment under the same conditions.

Two, the expiration of the service assessment of qualified "three supports and one support" college students, from the date of expiration of service within 3 years to participate in the open recruitment of institutions in our province, can be appropriate points. Among them, those who participated in the open recruitment of various institutions in counties and townships scored 10; Participate in the open recruitment of Guangdong prefecture-level listed, provincial and central institutions, and add 5 points to the written test score. The "three supports and one support" college students who participate in the open recruitment of public institutions and enter the assessment stage will be given priority in employment under the same conditions.
