(3) Relevant requirements

1. The graduates mentioned in this announcement refer to the graduates who are included in the national unified enrollment plan for full-time general colleges and universities and have graduated from full-time general higher education. If such personnel meet the recruitment requirements and are shortlisted for the examination, but have not yet been dispatched or have been dispatched but have not been regularized, they must provide a nationally unified dispatch registration certificate when reporting.

2. Requirements for academic qualifications

Applicants must obtain a bachelor's degree (inclusive) or above and a bachelor's degree (inclusive) or above through full-time general higher education.

3. Requirements for majors to be applied for:

The majors studied by the applicants must be consistent with the job requirements. If you are a recent graduate majoring in English and your undergraduate major is physics, you can only apply for positions with a graduate major in English. Applications for positions with an undergraduate major in physics do not meet the requirements. 4. Requirements for application age

The age limit is uniformly 40 years old (that is, born after October 31, 1971).

5. Requirements for teacher qualification certificates

Non-normal graduates and graduate students with master's degrees and above must obtain the corresponding teacher qualification certificates required by the job list. Those who have passed the education, psychology and Mandarin examinations but have not applied for a teacher qualification certificate must provide proof of passing the above three examinations when registering, and provide a teacher qualification certificate when going through the recruitment procedures, otherwise the employment qualification will be cancelled.

(4) Applications will not be accepted if one of the following circumstances occurs

2. Application and qualification review

(1) Registration method and time

1. Adopt on-site registration. Two test centers are set up, South China Normal University and Southwest University. Applicants should download the "Shenzhen Bao'an District Education System 2012 Fixed-point Open Recruitment Staff Registration Form" in advance (see attachment 2, hereinafter referred to as the "Registration Form") and fill it in carefully according to the requirements. (2) Registration precautions

1. Each person is limited to applying for 1 position.

2. Register strictly in accordance with the job requirements. If the personal conditions do not match the requirements of the position applied for, the test results will be invalid and all consequences will be borne by the applicant himself.

(3) Qualification review

1. Qualification review method

Organize experts to conduct a qualification review of applicants. The qualification review includes job requirements and professional tests. etc., through information review, interviews, professional tests, etc., candidates for the interview will be determined based on 6 times the number of proposed positions for each position; if the number of applicants for a certain position is less than 6 times the number of proposed positions, all qualified candidates for the position will be selected All listed as interview candidates.

2. Required materials

Applicants should provide original materials for verification by the examiner and keep copies.

(1) Basic materials

3. Other requirements

(1) The review materials provided by the applicants must be complete and authentic. If the materials are incomplete, they will not be allowed to enter the interview, and those who commit fraud will be disqualified. They are not allowed to participate in the Shenzhen Municipal Civil Service Recruitment Examination within 5 years.

(2) Applicants must go to the site on time for qualification review.

3. Interview

(2) Interview format and interview organization

(3) The qualifying mark for the interview is 60 points. After the interviews of all candidates, the candidates who have passed the interview will be sorted from high to low according to their interview scores. IV. Written test

The written test is entrusted to the Shenzhen Examination Authority Organization and implementation. Candidates must take the written test with their original ID card and admission ticket (both certificates are indispensable). (2) Written test subjects and content

(3) Determine the shortlisted candidates

After the written test, the total score will be weighted according to the ratio of interview and written test scores of 5:5. According to the number of candidates proposed for each position, the candidates to be recruited will be determined in equal numbers in order from high to low in total scores. If the overall scores are the same, the candidate with the higher written test score will be determined as the candidate. V. Inspection, physical examination, public announcement, and employment filing procedures

(1) Inspection

(2) Physical examination

Persons who have obtained the physical examination qualification must bring their original ID card and a recent one-inch full-face, bareheaded color photo to participate in the physical examination on time.

Those who fail to take the physical examination on time will be deemed to have automatically given up their qualifications for employment.

(4) Go through employment registration procedures

6. Sign an employment contract

For those who have gone through the employment procedures, the employer will sign a five-year employment contract with them. During the employment period, if the employee intends to transfer from the unit, it will be deemed as a breach of contract, and the unit may not handle the transfer procedures.

The employer and the employee agree on a probation period, which is included in the five-year employment period. At the end of the probation period, if the employee passes the assessment, the formalities for regularization will be processed. If you fail the assessment or are found not to meet the qualifications for the recruitment position during the probation period, you will go through the dismissal procedures in accordance with regulations.

7. Other Matters

(2) Fresh graduates must obtain graduation certificates and degree certificates that meet the application requirements before July 30, 2013, otherwise their employment qualifications will be cancelled.
