Brief introduction of mold workers' content
Mould is the main process equipment widely used in modern industrial production. Using molds to produce mechanical parts has the advantages of high efficiency, low cost, saving raw materials and good interchangeability of parts, which is an important means and development direction of contemporary industrial production. Such as automobile manufacturing, electronics industry, daily necessities processing and many other fields, largely depends on the development level of the mold industry. With the gradual deepening of reform and opening up, foreign investors are very optimistic about the mold market in China. China mold industry has a huge development space and is gradually becoming one of the basic industries of the national economy.
Therefore, one of the fundamental tasks to revitalize the mold industry in China is to strengthen personnel training and improve the quality of talents in the mold industry. Today, with the transformation of higher education from elite education to popularization, colleges and universities in China have trained a batch of high-level talents in mold specialty. However, with the rapid development of mold industry, it is far from meeting the needs of development, especially the demand for middle and senior mold manufacturing technicians is increasing. In order to meet this development requirement, the first task is to cultivate talents at this level. This book is written for this purpose and can be used as training for intermediate mold workers.
This book is highly targeted and pays attention to practicality and practicality. It introduces the basic theory, common tools, measuring tools and operating skills that middle-level mold workers should master, especially lists a large number of typical structures and uses of various molds to expand their knowledge. Each chapter has a study summary and some exercises. In terms of content arrangement, various treatment methods are introduced around the key points of knowledge and combined with the actual situation of the factory. The greatest feature of this book is the combination of theory and practice.
The content of this book is concise, which can be used as a training textbook for intermediate mold workers and mold assemblers, as well as an elective textbook for vocational high schools and higher vocational colleges and a training textbook for some personnel in the process of enterprise restructuring. The book was mainly written by Ma Chaoxing of Jiangsu University, a senior engineer of Zhenjiang Forestry Machinery Factory of the Ministry of Forestry and Feng of Jiangsu University, with Professor Ge Xiaolan of Jiangsu University as the presiding judge.
This book is divided into nine chapters. It mainly includes: introduction, common industries and measuring tools for die manufacturing, stamping equipment, stamping technology, stamping die structure, stamping die parts processing, stamping die assembly and debugging, die maintenance and management, bending die, drawing die, cold extrusion die and cavity die. At the end of the book, some national standards of commonly used molds are extracted.
In the process of writing this book, we strive to be easy to understand and pay attention to the learning object-intermediate die fitter. In the process of writing, we combine the practical operation and editing experience, and introduce them in appropriate chapters. This book focuses on the punching die, focusing on the typical structure of the die, the processing methods of the main parts, installation, debugging and maintenance. This book also briefly introduces some basic calculation methods commonly used in mold manufacturing and maintenance.
The first to fourth and sixth chapters of this book were written by Ma Chaoxing, the fifth chapter was written by Feng, and the seventh to ninth chapters were written. This book was compiled by Ma Chaoxing. In the process of writing, I received the guidance and support from Professor Ge Xiaolan of Jiangsu University, and I would like to express my sincere thanks to the comrades who supported the writing of this book. Due to the limited level of editors, there are inevitably some shortcomings and mistakes in the book. I sincerely hope readers will criticize and correct me. And I hope that through teaching practice, it will be revised edition by edition to make it perfect day by day.
