Bank recruitment

I am a current student who just participated in bank recruitment this year. I was lucky enough to be admitted by Agricultural Bank of China, China Construction Bank, Postal Savings Bank, and China Mobile, so I would like to share with you.

First of all, it is very important to look at your major (finance, economics, accounting or related majors are the best). During the summer of your junior year, go find an internship at a bank to learn about the business and processes.

The second step is the preparation stage. Buy a book about the bank exam online (I think it’s OK if you review well and take the test). During the first semester of your senior year, you should always pay attention to the recruitment information and keep it in mind. Learn about the bank you are looking for (especially in your province) and strengthen your interview skills.

The last thing is to remember that all failures are preparations for the last success. It is recommended to sign up for any unit, so that you can accumulate a lot of experience. You should also pay attention to the cultivation of your body and inner temperament.
