Through hard work, our department has established a multi-level and relatively complete school-running system, with abundant teachers, rich experience in running schools and perfect teaching and experimental conditions. Facing the market, serving the economy and enterprises, striving to give full play to the advantages of independent colleges, actively serving the economic construction in the Pearl River Delta region, and cultivating applied talents in finance, finance, trade and management for small and medium-sized enterprises.
There are 82 faculty members in the department, including 8 professors and 2 1 associate professors. Among them, 3 teachers have obtained doctoral degrees, and 1 is studying for doctoral degrees. In recent years, the Department of Finance and Economics has completed the construction of a relatively advanced computer local area network, including many experimental training rooms such as accounting simulation, financial management, securities investment, international trade practice, documentary practice and financial software. With more than 200 high-performance network computers and many professional simulation application software, it constantly promotes and helps students' practical ability in economic management simulation practice. Training courses with the characteristics of the times, such as financial management simulation training, accounting network training simulation, import and export trade practice simulation, stock trading and accounting computerization, are welcomed by the students.
Nearly 3000 students of the Sixth Department of Finance and Economics studied hard at school, 482 students joined China gloriously at school, and 545 students were rated as excellent graduates. Most college graduates have passed the AB-level English test, with the passing rate of Band 4 as high as 79. 16% and the passing rate of Band 6 nearly 10%. In the past six years, 86 college graduates have been admitted to undergraduate colleges for further study.
The employment rate of each graduate is above 95%, and the employment units involve government agencies, schools, banks, securities companies, insurance companies and small and medium-sized enterprises in the Pearl River Delta. At present, many graduates have become the backbone of middle-level management in various units and are well received by employers.

There are 47 classes and 2000 students in the Department of Management. Among them, the undergraduate department has majors in international logistics, marketing and human resource management; College has logistics management, e-commerce, marketing, secretarial, human resource management and other majors.
The management department is a dynamic department. We have a team of teachers with relatively reasonable age, major and academic qualifications. The Department of Electrical Engineering has a strong faculty and rich teaching experience. The engineering department undertakes the teaching tasks of all theoretical and practical courses of electrical engineering in the whole school, and has a relatively perfect practical teaching base. There are more than a dozen laboratories and several off-campus training bases such as electrician, electronics, motor, electric control, refrigeration, audio and video, single chip microcomputer, PLC, electronic technology practice and electrician practice. At present, there are two majors in electrical engineering and its automation and electronic information engineering, including electrical automation, applied electronic technology, electronic information and automotive electronic technology.

The Department of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering was formally established in 2004 to meet the needs of the talent market in the Pearl River Delta and the guiding ideology of running a school based on engineering. There are three undergraduate majors: mechanical design and manufacturing and automation, material forming and control engineering and vehicle engineering, and four majors: mechatronics, mold design and manufacturing, automotive application technology and mechanical design and manufacturing. In the future, the department will also strengthen the contact with enterprises, improve the teaching reform, and devote itself to cultivating compound senior technical talents such as building installation, building environment and equipment engineering, civil engineering construction, engineering cost and whole process management of engineering construction. In July 2004, the College Art Department was formally established. At present, there are 35 department heads, party branch secretaries, assistant directors, department heads, teaching and research section directors and faculty members. There are three teaching and research sections: plane teaching and research section, three-dimensional teaching and research section and basic teaching and research section. The existing majors are: art design (graphic design), art design (decoration), art design (interior design), computer art design, advertising design and production, environmental art design, interior design technology, exhibition and other majors. There are 303 practice teaching places such as advertising training companies, pottery rooms and painting rooms, and long-term cooperative relations have been established with more than 10 enterprises. There are 29 classes and 745 students, including 348 boys and 397 girls. All majors in art department cultivate practical talents with certain artistic and design literacy, master professional foundations such as art design, advertising, decoration, exhibition, landscape architecture and interior design theory, and have high professional skills and specialties. Graduates can engage in relevant design and production work in advertising companies, packaging companies, decoration engineering companies and various art posts. The employment rate of graduates is as high as 96%, and graduates are generally welcomed in all fronts of society.
