General situation of Qin Nan high-speed railway project

Nanning-Qinzhou northern section of Guangxi coastal railway is an important part of Guangxi coastal railway, the main railway transportation channel in Beibu Gulf, and also an important sea passage in Guangxi and Southwest China. The project is connected to Gui Xiang Line in the north, with a total of 5 stations, starting from Nanning East Station under construction, turning south after exiting the station, driving south along the east side of North-South Expressway, crossing the three banks, setting Wuxiang Station and datang station after Yongjiang River, crossing Huajiashan, with a total length of 6,888 m, setting Xiaodong West Station near Xiaodong Town, and setting Qinzhou North Station on the west side of Mahuang Station after crossing the existing south defense line; Among them, Wuxiang, Xiaodong West Station and Qinzhou North Station are off-road stations, and Datang is an intermediate station, all of which are newly built stations. It passes through Qingxiu, Yongning and Liangqing in Nanning, Qinbei District in Qinzhou, and leads to Beibu Gulf in Qinzhou North Station. The main line is 99.793km long.

Qin Nan high-speed railway is divided into two sections: NQ 1 and NQ2. Among them, the main line of NQ 1 section of Qin Nan High-speed Railway is 63.693km long, and the branch line leading into Nanning Hub is11.233km long, with 43 bridges, 8 tunnels and 2 stations. NQ2 Bid Section was undertaken by China Communications Construction Group, including 35.097km long works before and after the station of Qinnan main line, 1.85km long existing southern line rerouting works, and bridge-laying and bridge-laying works from Nanning East (excluding) to Qinzhou North (including).

Because there is a steel truss arch bridge with a main span of 276 meters in NQ 1 bid section, it can't bear the box girder carried by trucks. Therefore, there are two prefabricated beam yards in this bid section * * *, one is the beam yard of China Railway Bridge Bureau Group Co., Ltd., which undertakes the task of 107 box girder prefabrication and erection; The other is the beam-making yard of China Railway 19th Bureau, located in Dongping Village, Nama Town, Liangqing District, Nanning, which undertakes the task of prefabricating and erecting 349 box girders.

According to Li Changcheng, director of Liangqing Girder Factory of the Fifth Engineering Company of China Railway 19th Bureau, the Girder Factory mainly undertakes the prefabrication task of 349 reinforced concrete box girders, including 327 32m box girders and 22 24m box girders prefabricated according to specifications; According to the erection direction, it is divided into Nanning direction 187 and Qinzhou direction 162. The production capacity of the beam yard is guaranteed to reach 2 beams per day and 60 beams per month. The task of erecting beams is undertaken by the Sixth Engineering Company of China Railway 19th Bureau (formerly the Fourth Engineering Company).
