2. Qualification examination. If the finalists fail to participate in the qualification examination and interview within the specified time, they will be deemed to have given up automatically; If the certificate (certificate) is incomplete and can not be completed before the end of the qualification examination or does not meet the qualification requirements, the interview qualification will be cancelled.
