Most companies don't hire people over 40. Why?

I don't know when there is such a hidden rule!

Moreover, companies are reluctant to recruit employees over the age of 40, and I also understand several reasons!

1.40 employees' energy and creativity are obviously weakened, and they can't compare with young people in their twenties and thirties. Although people over 40 years old are experienced, they have a solid mind and have been in the workplace for many years. Many things are transparent. To put it bluntly, they don't believe that the company will grow. Of course, the size of many companies has not changed for many years. People over 40 do have experience, but most of them can't be given to the company.

People aged 2.40 have high income requirements, because they have worked for many years, and when they reach the age of getting married, they have higher salary requirements. Even for the same job, they want a little more than young people. Enterprises will think, since the result is the same, why not choose young people, the cost is lower, the work is faster, and they will not often take time off because of family chores!

There is too much labor. Our labor force is really large, which gives enterprises more choices. For example, if you want to find a manager and director, you can be 30 to 40 years old, so why don't companies choose people in their 30 s? After all, all kinds of energy are stronger than those in their forties.

There are also some reasons. In short, it is difficult to find a job over 40. Whether at the grass-roots level or at the top, it is difficult to find young people at the grass-roots level, and it may not be competent to find high-level people. After all, the higher the position in the enterprise, the higher the requirements, and the managers must have the ability to create enterprise value, but most managers only coordinate management in the enterprise, which does not meet the essential requirements of enterprise recruitment!

I think most of our enterprises are still at the low end of the industrial chain, with thin profits and living only by inhuman pressure costs. One hobby of the slave owner style developed in previous years is to use cheap labor and shout aging all day. It seems that there is still some emptiness at present, or there are too many working-age people! Some companies have a choice! More than ten years have passed, and aging has really come. I think the enterprise should be above 40!
