2. Removing the gas in the brake fluid will affect the braking performance. Exhaust after replacing parts and cleaning the system.

Exhaust method:

(1) Remove the scale from the hydraulic pipeline and oil storage chamber.

(2) Top up the brake fluid.

(3) start the engine and stop when the barometer reading is 0.68~0.7MPa.

(4) Put the transparent tube for deflation on the deflation nozzle, and put the other end of the tube into the oil pan.

(5) Press the emergency brake pedal continuously, and then release the brake pedal. When bleeding, it is also necessary to replenish brake fluid to the oil storage room in time to prevent air from entering the system again.

3. Adjustment of working pressure When leaving the factory, the pressure has been adjusted.

After use, if the air pressure is less than 0.68±0.7 MPa, it should be adjusted. Turn the adjusting bolt of the pressure controller clockwise, compress the spring to make the pressure reach 0.68~0.7MPa, and lock the nut. If the air pressure is too high, make the opposite adjustment.

4. Braking performance inspection The quality of braking performance is related to the safety and efficiency of operation. After overhaul, the braking system should check whether the braking performance is good. Driving at a speed of 24km/h on the straight and dry cement pavement, the braking distance is not more than 9m when braking with the foot. When driving at a speed of 30km/h and trying to brake, the braking phenomenon should appear quickly and cannot deviate.
