Enrollment work process

Before May 31, the Zhangdian District Education and Sports Bureau announced the basic information of kindergartens in the district for parents to inquire at any time.

Before June 1, all public kindergartens will publish their enrollment brochures to the public through their websites, WeChat public accounts, and door postings.

Before June 12, all public kindergartens will complete the pre-enrolment registration process. Kindergartens must carefully check the materials provided by registered children to ensure the authenticity of the information provided, and pre-register children who meet the kindergarten's admission requirements.

Before June 19, all public kindergartens will publish the list of children who have pre-registered for their kindergarten. If the number of eligible applicants exceeds the number in the kindergarten enrollment plan, random allocation will be used to determine the admission list. The order of registration will not be used as the basis for admission, and the allocation time will be announced simultaneously. According to the announced allocation time, each public kindergarten organizes random allocation, and after the allocation is completed, the random allocation results of the kindergarten will be announced.

Public kindergartens will complete registration, allocation and admission for this year before July 1st. Other types of kindergartens can refer to the admissions process of public kindergartens to complete the admissions process before August 31.
