Conditions of the western plan

If you are a fresh graduate of an ordinary college, you can sign up for it, whether you are an undergraduate, a graduate or a junior college student.

The organizers will openly recruit and select graduates with excellent ideas, excellent academic performance and strong dedication throughout the country, and especially encourage graduates from western universities and colleges of agriculture, forestry, water conservancy, medicine and normal universities to actively participate. Those who registered in the west before entering school are preferred.
