High-speed wire

A type of wire rod, usually refers to rolled by a "high-speed non-twist rolling mill" Wire rod, common common low carbon steel wire rod without twist-controlled cooling and hot-rolling (ZBH4403-88) and high-quality carbon steel wire rod without twist-controlled cooling and hot-rolling (ZBH44002-88). The rolling speed of high-speed wire is 80-160 meters/second, the weight of each wire (coil weight) is 1.8-2.5 tons, and the dimensional tolerance accuracy is high (up to 0.02mm). Differences from normal wire and half-high wire (quasi-high wire)

The difference between high-speed wire, normal wire and half-high wire mainly lies in the production rolling speed and the number of joints.

The production speed of high-speed wire is relatively high, usually 80-160 meters/second. There is only a single cut in a single reel without joints. Compared with ordinary wire, it has a faster production rhythm and a larger reel weight (max. The plate weight can reach 2500kg), and the packaging is usually tight and beautiful.

Plain wire refers to wire rod rolled by an "ordinary rolling mill (usually a double parallel rolling mill)". The rolling speed is 20-60 meters/second, and the weight of each rod (coil) is 0.4-0.6 tons (generally three rods and six heads are seen in the market as one large disk).
