What is the interview test for institutions in Wuxi County, Chongqing in 2022?

The interview was organized and implemented by the County Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, and the comprehensive personnel management department of the municipal institution gave guidance and supervision. During the interview, according to the attachment 1 of this announcement, different interview methods are adopted.

Class A position: comprehensive interview method is adopted. Professional skills test time 10 minute, structured interview time 5 minutes. The scores of all interview methods are 100, which are reserved to two decimal places.

The interview organization shall be carried out according to the Interview Measures for Open Recruitment of Staff in Public Institutions in Chongqing (No.2016] 281). Those who fail to attend the interview at the designated place according to the specified time will not enter the follow-up link of this recruitment. Candidates who have not formed effective competition and whose interview scores have not reached 70 points shall not be determined as candidates for medical examination.

On the day of the interview, if some people who originally decided to enter the interview voluntarily give up, resulting in the competition ratio not reaching 2: 1, the recruitment quota will be reduced accordingly, and those who are in urgent need of posts can report to the personnel comprehensive management department of municipal institutions for the record and relax the proportion of starting the examination. Interviewers who relax the proportion of opening exams must have an interview score of not less than 70 points before they can enter the follow-up link.
