What does recruitment quantification mean?

"Quantification" in daily work and life means that goals or tasks are specific and can be clearly measured. According to different situations, it is manifested in quantity, specific statistics, range calculation, time length and so on.

The so-called quantization is to discretize the amplitude of the instantaneous value obtained by sampling, that is, to represent the instantaneous sampling value with a set of specified levels and the closest level value. The sampled images are only spatially dispersed into pixel (sample) arrays. However, the gray value of each sample is still a continuous variable with infinite values, which must be converted into finite discrete values and given different codewords to truly become a digital image. This transformation is called quantification.

Scale is a measurement tool, which tries to determine the quantitative measurement procedure of subjective and sometimes abstract concepts. Different rules can be used to number the characteristic variables of things, thus forming measurement scales with different measurement levels, also known as measurement scales.
