First, the question of responsibility and role consciousness.
Generally speaking, we must first complete our own work, implement the decisions of the enterprise and spare no effort to express our opinions on other work and enterprises, but many people have not realized this. The first thing an enterprise should do when recruiting employees is to do its own fine work. However, many people seem to forget this. China people are used to thinking about macro issues.
