Where does Jingxin Expressway pass?

Jingxin Expressway mainly passes through Beijing, Zhangjiakou, Wulanchabu, Hohhot, Baotou, Bayannaoer (He Lin), Alashan (Ejina), Jiuquan (Mazongshan), Hami, Turpan and Urumqi.

Expressway from Beijing to Urumqi, referred to as Jingxin Expressway or G7 for short, is the expressway connecting Beijing and Urumqi and an important traffic artery for the development of western China. It has a total length of 2,540 kilometers. It started in September 20 12 and was fully opened to traffic in June 20 17.

The significance of G7 Jingxin Expressway is that it spans the northeast, north and northwest, also known as "Sanbei Street", with a total length of about 2,540 kilometers. It is one of the seven Beijing radiation lines in the national expressway network planning, the most convenient highway channel connecting northwest Xinjiang and Hexi Corridor with the capital Beijing, North China, Northeast China and the eastern part of the mainland, and a new highway channel for Xinjiang to go out of Xinjiang, shortening the highway mileage from Xinjiang to Beijing by 65,438.
