Yan Huang, director of the research department of the research center, told the reporter that an adult giant panda eats 12 ~ 15 kg of bamboo every day. However, the nutritional content of bamboo is not high. These foods will become 10 kilograms of feces after being digested by pandas. Panda droppings will be called "green balls". After a little drying, you will see that the green ball is made of finely chopped bamboo knots.

At the same time, the eaten bamboo will not be completely eaten, and even most of it will become residue.
