Long working hours, low hourly salary, no five insurances and one gold, no triple salary on holidays, and working on weekends. It's no use suffering.

There is no necessary connection between making money and suffering.

Nowadays, young people prefer to rest on weekends, working from nine to five, with a monthly salary of 3,000 yuan, rather than working 15 hours a day with a monthly salary of 4,000 yuan. If a job can earn more than 10,000 yuan a month, not to mention working 15 hours, even if working for 20 hours, there are still a lot of young people willing to work hard.
