The system shows "arrived", which only means that your resume has been submitted to HR.

As for the follow-up things, such as whether HR has seen it, whether it can get an interview, whether it has been hired and so on. You can't see it from here ... You can only get relevant information if you wait for HR's notice or take the initiative to inquire.
