The conditions for the registration of clerks in different regions are different. Take Anhui as an example. The announcement on the recruitment of clerks in Anhui this year has not yet been released. 1. Registration conditions

(1) Possession of Chinese nationality;

(2) support the party's theory, line, principles and policies, and have good political literacy, professional ability and professional ethics;

(3) Having a full-time junior college degree or above in law major or a full-time undergraduate degree or above in other majors in ordinary colleges and universities (2 counties including Qianshan County, Baihu Procuratorate and Jiuchengban Procuratorate may relax the qualification requirements for registration to part-time, see Annex 1 for the list);

(4) Have computer quick recording skills (recording speed is 9 characters/minute, accuracy rate is over 9%);

(5) be familiar with the basic knowledge of law, have certain writing ability, and master the necessary business skills for the post of clerk;

(6) being over 18 years old and under 3 years old when applying for the exam (born between August 1, 1987 and August 1, 2); Existing employees with more than two years (at the time of registration) working experience in procuratorial organs in our province can be relaxed to 35 years old (born after August 1, 1982);

(7) Having the physical conditions to perform their duties normally;

(8) Other conditions stipulated by laws and regulations.

Registration is not allowed under the following circumstances:

(1) Those who have been criminally punished or exempted from criminal punishment for crimes;

(2) Those who have been punished by public security for violating the law, or those who have been punished by party discipline and political discipline for violating discipline;

(3) The person suspected of violating the law and discipline is under investigation and review, and no conclusion has been reached;

(4) Having been expelled from public office or dismissed by the unit for violating discipline;

(5) Violating social morality and professional ethics, causing adverse effects;

(6) active servicemen or full-time college students;

(7) there are other circumstances that are not suitable for being a clerk of the employment system.
