? Agilent surface warping

At the end of September 2006, I had my first interview. When the lady from Agilent (Technology) Marketing Department of American-funded enterprise called me for the first time, I was so excited that I thought I was so lucky. No more than five resumes were submitted and there was a response. Moreover, as such a famous foreign-funded enterprise, I have always adhered to the position of the industry leader. Then I started my interview preparation process. Because I have never participated in any formal interview, I have no idea what to prepare. I humbly ask many seniors for advice. They told me to know the basic situation of the company, such as history, main business direction, corporate culture and so on. At the same time, we should also prepare an attractive self-introduction, because it is a foreign-funded company, so we must prepare an English version. In addition, you should also know all kinds of interview questions circulating on the Internet (mainly in English, of course). After knowing what you need to do, you put yourself into the preparation process. I remember visiting Agilent's website when I had nothing to do, and I specially downloaded his PDF version of Corporate Facts, which I memorized. In the preparation process, the more I read the company's relevant policy news, the more I like this company, the perfect management system and the first-class working environment. After all, this is an old brand of HP that specializes in life science instrument measurement. Finally, after careful preparation, I attended and passed the first round of interview, and the publicity manager of Greater China let me pass on the spot and told me to go home and wait for the second round of interview of the marketing manager. After this interview, I felt very confident and walked under the Guo Mao Bridge as if I were not far from here. After returning to school, I added some knowledge about the market from my second degree course and attended the last meeting about 20 days later. The interviewer this time is the marketing manager, a very graceful man. Maybe because I'm a man, all the questions I ask make me dizzy. Ask directly as soon as you come up. How do you know the market? Tell me about the market you know. I'm just talking nonsense with blabla. Then ask, what do you write in your paper? What method is used in this paper? Qualitative or quantitative? (leaning against the wall) Why should he care about this? He crustily skin of head and talked to him again. This interview is obviously not as good as last time. I have a hunch that I will die, because I only recruit one person, and this probability will be calculated slightly. Well, it turned out that my first company ended in failure. However, this kind of preparation laid a good foundation for every interview in the future. At least, I don't need to write that introduction.
