Practice shows that most violators are reasonable. As long as the law enforcers are rational, emotional and do their best, the illegal acts will be corrected. Therefore, civilized law enforcement is the eternal theme of administrative law enforcement, and it is also the fundamental guarantee to further strengthen the construction of administrative law enforcement team and establish a new image of traffic administrative law enforcement team. The legal responsibilities in Articles 50, 60 and 62 of the Administrative Punishment Law stipulate that administrative law enforcement personnel who violate the law and practice favoritism and malpractice and cause economic losses shall be compensated according to law, and criminal responsibility shall be investigated according to law if the case constitutes a crime. In the practice of civilized law enforcement, we should also improve the quality and legal awareness of the people. Road experience (2) Time flies, time flies, and a month has passed in a blink of an eye. Personally, this month is of far-reaching significance. It is a turning point in my life journey, which has transformed me from a college graduate who has just entered the society into a expressway administrator. Here, I sincerely thank the leaders for their support and trust in my work, and at the same time, I will report my experience of this month's work internship to the company leaders.

I am an ordinary highway administrator of Beijing-Taiwan Expressway XXXX. At the end of April, I was elected to the road administration team through the job fair jointly organized by XX expressway Management Office and XXXX. In this more than one month's work and study, the social role of students who have just left school has gradually changed into road law enforcement personnel, and theoretical knowledge and road law enforcement have gradually merged. Through this month's work and study, I realized that to be an excellent administrator in expressway, I need to study in many aspects.

Therefore, administration according to law and standardized law enforcement are the eternal theme of administrative law enforcement, and also the fundamental guarantee for further strengthening the construction of traffic administrative law enforcement team in China and establishing a new image of traffic administrative law enforcement team.

Second, serve the people and accept supervision.

I am responsible for internal management, mainly responsible for handling traffic administrative cases and claiming road property losses. My post is the external window of the road administration brigade, and establishing my own image is a good image of the brigade to a certain extent.
