The reason why the east extension of Sanfeng Road in Baoding was only half completed is as follows.

1. This project involves the relocation of East Freight Yard of Baoding Railway. After the railway line is moved, the construction of the east extension of Sanfeng Road can only start. The relevant person in charge said that after coordination, Beijing Railway Bureau has agreed to relocate to Yuezhuang Village, Nandayuan Township. The announcement of land acquisition in Yuezhuang Village has been issued. After the land acquisition is completed, the relocation compensation agreement will be signed with the railway, and then the railway line will be moved.

2. As the construction of this section involves about 63 mu of land in the East Freight Yard of Baoding Railway of Beijing Railway Bureau, with the coordination of the municipal government, Beijing Railway Bureau agreed to relocate and put it in Yuezhuang Village, Nandayuan Township. Baoding Natural Resources and Planning Bureau can coordinate with Fuhe Headquarters and ask for land acquisition in the construction land index, but the bureau failed to implement the land acquisition index, which led to the failure to start the construction of Sanfeng Road smoothly.
