1. Recruitment targets

3. The three categories of undergraduate, junior college and secondary school teachers are divided into hierarchical, proportional and drawn-out positions.
4. Merit-based recruitment
The examination results will be announced, and the shortlisted candidates will be drawn according to the number of recruits at each level and in each discipline. The finalists will be announced in order from high scores to low scores.
Recruitment adopts the method of setting up positions before the examination and selecting positions after the examination. The positions are set up according to the academic level and the vacancy situation of the school subjects. The number of candidates for the examination is determined according to the total number of positions. The candidates are selected according to their academic qualifications. Corresponding positions will be selected in order from high scores to low scores in subjects and disciplines. Those who do not choose a position after the specified time will be deemed to have given up automatically.

The recruitment work is organized by the Municipal Education Bureau. The Municipal Personnel, Labor and Social Security Bureau, Municipal Finance Bureau, Municipal Editorial Committee Office, and Municipal Public Security Bureau send personnel to participate.
