1. Physical examinations should be conducted in general hospitals at or above the county level.

2. Public institutions or their competent departments and physical examination hospitals should designate dedicated personnel to be responsible for the organization of physical examinations.

3. The examining doctor must have a professional and technical position of deputy chief physician or above and be responsible for making a physical examination conclusion on whether the applicant is qualified. The examining doctor should organize consultations when encountering difficult problems to ensure that the physical examination conclusions are scientific and accurate.

4. The physical examination must be carried out according to the prescribed physical examination items, and no addition or deletion is allowed at will. If the examining doctor believes that additional items need to be added for further examination before a diagnosis can be made, the public institution or its competent department will arrange for the applicant to conduct the examination.

5. Applicants will undergo physical examinations in sequence under the guidance of staff. Unless the examination is postponed under special circumstances with the approval of the medical examiner and the public institution or its competent department, if the applicant abandons a certain examination item on his own, he will be deemed to have failed the physical examination.

6. After the physical examination is completed, the designated staff of the public institution or its competent department shall check and summarize the physical examination form, and then transfer it to the physical examination hospital after confirming that it is correct.

The examining doctor is responsible for summarizing and reviewing the physical examination results of each department and the opinions of each doctor, making a comprehensive judgment, and making a qualified physical examination conclusion based on the physical examination standards, recording it in the conclusion column of the physical examination form, signing and adding Stamped with the official seal of the physical examination hospital.

The conclusion of the physical examination should be submitted to the public institution or its competent department within 5 working days after the completion of the physical examination.

7. If the applicant has any doubts about the results of his physical examination, he can request for re-examination. The request for re-examination should be submitted within 3 working days from the date of receipt of the notification of the physical examination conclusion.

The public institution or its competent department should organize a re-inspection within 10 working days after receiving the re-inspection request. In principle, the re-examination should be carried out in another qualified hospital that is not lower than the original physical examination hospital. Reexamination hospitals are designated by public institutions or their competent authorities.

The re-examination shall be carried out in accordance with the requirements and procedures of the physical examination method, and the physical examination conclusion shall be made independently in accordance with the prescribed physical examination standards. If necessary, the re-examination hospital may organize a consultation and discussion to make a physical examination conclusion.

Reexamination can only be conducted once, and the results of the physical examination shall be subject to the conclusion of the reexamination.
