The order of administrative positions and the distribution of units corresponding to the ten staff levels of management positions in public institutions are as follows: First-level staff: corresponding to ministerial level. There are many units with similar specifications at the central, provincial, municipal and autonomous levels, such as the subordinate institutions of ministries and commissions at the central level, such as various ball centers and sports centers under the State Sports General Administration, macroeconomic research institutes under the National Development and Reform Commission, national information centers, price certification centers, and national investment project evaluation centers.
