In principle, the master's degree and doctor's degree are from normal universities, even if there is no teacher qualification certificate, there is no hard requirement. However, since 2009, some provinces have stipulated that key middle schools and experimental middle schools in prefecture-level cities must have professional counterparts and be teachers' graduates of 2 1 1 or above before they can take the exam. If there are requirements for the working years of teachers, then candidates must obtain a teacher qualification certificate.

You are a fresh graduate, graduated from normal school. It is not the most important thing to get the teacher qualification certificate now. The key is that you have to pass the preliminary examination of applying to the school. Because all teachers have pre-job training, it is not too late for you to pass the exam during the training period (this is my situation). If you can enter the interview, then your qualification certificate will come in handy, and if you worked as a tutor or a teacher during your graduate school, then you will have a better chance of passing the interview in the end.

It should be remembered that the teacher recruitment examination is not an ordinary institution examination, let alone a civil service examination. The questions asked by the examiner in the interview are highly targeted, and different people have different questions. If the interview requires a trial lecture, you should start preparing your own courses now, and at the same time pay attention to cultivating your eloquence and speaking standard Mandarin.
