From that moment on, He Laoshi made up his mind to do something for them. Through our efforts for more than a year, I have made great efforts in the hardware conditions and materials of primary schools in Zhang Xu. The next step is to strengthen the faculty of the school. What do we do? There are six teachers in our seven classes, which means that even if everyone has been in class, one class is still empty. If there is a problem, it must be solved. I came to Baoshan College. What am I doing here? I'm asking for help. Because the establishment given to us by the higher education department is certain, and the whole area is in a state of shortage of teachers. I found familiar friends and teachers and asked them to recommend graduates who are excellent in all aspects and have suffered a lot to teach temporarily in Zhang Xu Primary School. In two years, I invited four interns from Baoshan College to practice in Zhang Xu Primary School. Of course, there are still many financial problems such as transportation and living, which are also solved by our coordination with the poverty alleviation units or central schools in the village.
