This open recruitment examination is conducted by written test and interview.

(1) Written examination

The written test mainly measures the basic ability. Candidates must take the written test according to the time, place and other requirements specified in the admission ticket.

The written test will be held in May 2023, and the specific time will be announced separately on guangdong provincial department of human resources and social security website and Guangdong Personnel Examination Network.

(2) The written test results are announced.

The written test results will be announced through the recruitment system within 10 working days after the written test, and candidates will log in to the system to check their written test results and job rankings.

(3) Delineating qualified written test scores.

(4) Interview

1. Shortlisted interviewers. Among the candidates who have passed the written test, the shortlisted interviewers are determined according to the ratio of 1:5 according to the scores and the number of recruitment positions. Candidates who have passed the written examination for recruitment positions have not reached the ratio of 1:5, and the shortlisted interviewers will be determined according to the actual qualified number of written examinations.

2. Qualification examination. Before the interview, the recruiting unit or its competent department will conduct on-site qualification examination on whether the shortlisted interviewers meet the basic conditions of this announcement and the specific conditions of the recruitment position. Qualification examination runs through the whole recruitment process.

If the finalists fail to participate in the qualification examination and interview within the specified time, they will be deemed to have given up automatically; If the certificate (certificate) is incomplete and can not be completed before the end of the qualification examination or does not meet the qualification requirements, the interview qualification will be cancelled.

If the interview qualification of the shortlisted interviewers is cancelled, resulting in the vacancy of interviewers, the recruiting unit or its competent department will fill the shortlisted interviewers from high to low among the candidates who have passed the written test in the same position.

3. Interview organization. The interview is organized by the recruiting unit or its competent department according to the needs of the post by means of structured interview, trial lecture, business assessment and skill test.
