(1) filing an application

Applicants who apply to the District Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau for disclosure of government information shall fill out the Application Form for Disclosure of Government Information (attached, hereinafter referred to as the Application Form). 1, application conditions

The applicant's application for government information disclosure shall truthfully state the following contents:
