It’s not easy to get in.

1. High requirements. The Qingdao Symphony Orchestra was re-established in 2005 with the direct support of the Qingdao Municipal Government. The current artistic director is the famous conductor Mr. Zhang Guoyong. It requires a bachelor's degree or above and a first-level philosophy discipline, which is relatively high.

2. The collection ratio is small. The Qingdao Symphony Orchestra recruits only one person each time, and the number of applicants is 10 to 20, so the acceptance ratio is small.
