What should indoor gunners pay attention to?

As we all know, the painting operation of airless spraying machine is mainly the operation and use of spray gun. Improper operation and use of spray gun will cause coating defects. Therefore, we should pay attention to three problems when operating the spray gun, hoping to attract the attention of users!

1. gun distance: the distance between the nozzle of the spray gun and the surface of the sprayed object is called gun distance, and the gun distance should be 300 ~ 400 mm ... If the gun distance is too small, the spraying pressure is too high, and the recoil force is too large, it is easy to cause uneven coating and small spraying range, so that the coated object is partially sprayed too much and the film is too thick. The gun distance is too large, the spraying pressure loss is large, the coating is easy to lose, and the spraying range is too large, so that the local spraying material of the coated object is too small, and the coating film can not meet the thickness requirements.

2. Angle of spraying sector: The spraying sector and the surface of the sprayed object should be perpendicular to each other. When manually operating the spray gun, it should be noted that the spraying width should not be too large each time, otherwise the angle of spraying sector will change obviously due to the inconvenience of operation, resulting in uneven coating.

3. Running direction and speed of the spray gun: The running direction of the spray gun should always be parallel to the surface of the coated object and perpendicular to the spraying sector to ensure the uniformity of the coating. The running speed of the spray gun should be stable, preferably 300 ~ 400 mm/s, the running speed is unstable, the coating thickness is uneven, the running speed is too fast, the coating is too thin and the coating is too slow.
