How to call up the form in the recruitment information?

Select the table to extract, right-click the stand-alone pop-up list, and click Move or Copy Worksheet.

Click Workbook in the pop-up dialog box, select New Workbook, check Create Copy, and click OK. At this point, an identical workbook has been created with the same format and text. Click on the top left in EXCEL, save or save as to extract successfully.
