Xinjiang Aksu recruits civil servants in Beijing

Hunan, Shandong, Beijing and Hunan are the majority (Zhang Chunxian is from Hunan). Recruit fresh graduates, and after half a year's training, they are assigned to township organs in four southern Xinjiang states, giving them the status of Selected Graduates. The salary is exactly the same as that of local civil servants, reaching about 3800. Two batches have been accepted on 20 14 and 20 15. Minor for graduate students one year later.
