Did Harbin Wanda acquire Yongtai City or only Yongtai Cinema?

Wanda Cinema only acquired Taylor Times Cinema in Yongtai City. Yongtai’s shopping mall is a cooperation with Wanda Commercial Management, not an acquisition. To put it simply, Yongtai manages the business and Wanda Commercial manages the brand and operations. Wanda Commercial Management is now adopting an asset-light model and will not make acquisitions easily. The new Yongtai Wanda Plaza will begin renovations soon and will open after October 2021.
