What's the matter with KFC recruiting reserve managers?

To put it bluntly, the reserve manager is the assistant manager of the restaurant or just the management team.

If it is a management group, the hourly salary and basic salary are not high, tired and demanding.

If the assistant manager's salary is higher, the work intensity will be similar.

And it takes a long time to be promoted to the store manager.
