Baotuquan Park is located in the center of Jinan, between Baotuquan South Road and Luoyuan Street, bordering Qianfo Mountain in the south, quancheng square in the east and Daming Lake in the north, with an area of 158 mu. Guanlan Pavilion, which extends into the water on the west side of the spring pool, was built in Tianshun five years in Ming Dynasty. There are stone tables and benches in the pavilion for tourists to have a rest and enjoy the spring. The "Guanlan" engraved on the west wall of Tingxi is the ink of the calligrapher of Ming Dynasty, the "First Spring" stone carving was written by Wang Zhonglin, a calligrapher in Tongzhi period of Qing Dynasty, and the "Baotu Spring" stone tablet in Tingxi was written by Hu Maozong, governor of Shandong Province in Ming Dynasty. On the north bank of Baotu Spring Dongchi, the building with bright windows is the famous Penglai Pavilion, also known as the Heting Tea House. At that time, Emperor Kangxi and Emperor Qianlong once sat by the water, sipping tea and enjoying the charm of Baotu Spring. They tasted Baotu Spring water and replaced all the water from Beijing Yuquan with Baotu Spring.

There is a group of large-scale ancient buildings on the north bank of Baotu Spring, which are collectively called the three halls. The Baixue Building in Shiwan Spring, south of Baotu Spring, was built in memory of Li Panlong, a writer of the Ming Dynasty and the head of the Seven Heroes. In the shade of the south of the rockery, there is a tall and straight Taihu stone with obvious tendons, nearly 4 meters high and shaped like a turtle. It is a treasure handed down from ancient times by Zhang, a famous Sanqu composer in Yuan Dynasty. Known as the first stone in Jinan. Li Qingzhao Memorial Hall, located on the north bank of Shuyuan Spring, was built according to the national style. There are streams, pavilions, stacked cuixuan, cloisters, towering peaks, surrounded by pines, cypresses and bamboos in the courtyard, and the courtyard in Jing Ya is quaint. Mo Bao, a contemporary writer, Mr. Guo Moruo, is a "generation of poets". "The former residence of Baotu Spring on the Daming Lake is deeply weeping with willows, and its legacy is inscribed in Shuyu", which is engraved in the main hall of the memorial hall. In the room, besides the works and statues of female poets, there are books and periodicals on the poet's life and works evaluated by famous artists in past dynasties, as well as paintings and poems of famous people in ancient and modern times. To the west of Li Qingzhao Memorial Hall, there is a small courtyard surrounded by streams on three sides. The spring water in the courtyard gurgles and there are cloisters along the room. Shangzhi Academy, also known as Shangzhi Hall, was built here by Shandong Governor Ding Baozhen in the ninth year of Tongzhi. Located at the south gate of Baotu Spring in Luoyuan Street, it is a combination of ancient and modern, with unique shape, traditional style and local characteristics. It is the first garden in China and a good place for tourists to enjoy the scenery and take photos.

Wanzhu Park, located in the west of the park, is a garden in Baotuquan Park. It is a quiet landscape garden with an area of 18 mu and consists of 13 different courtyards. The park is a private garden with a unique style. It was built in Yuan Dynasty and was jointly built by the Prime Minister of Ming Dynasty and the poet Wang of Qing Dynasty. 1984 officially opened to the outside world. 1986 Li Kuchan Memorial Hall, a famous master of Chinese painting, is located in the park.
