What is the recruitment of Shengli Oilfield?

There are four recruitment methods in Shengli Oilfield:

1. Regular workers, approved by Sinopec, mainly fresh graduates with bachelor degree or above, require professional counterparts, meet the requirements of the introduction professional plan approved by Sinopec, and are signed by the oilfield organization department.

Employees of enterprises and those recruited by oil field restructuring enterprises are generally oil field children.

3. Labor dispatch workers are mainly unemployed children in oil fields whose majors are not right or whose academic qualifications do not meet the requirements.

4. Temporary workers, this is more free. As long as you have relatives you know in the oilfield, you can sign up when your company wants to recruit.
