In 2003, it was awarded "the right to operate international contracted projects and foreign labor services" by the Ministry of Commerce. In 2008, the enterprise obtained the GB/T 1900 1-2000 quality management system, GB/T2400 1-2004 environmental management system and GB/T 2800 1 occupational health and safety management system of Beijing United Intellectual Industry Certification Company. In August 2009, the quality management system was upgraded to the 2008 version.
