Based on work needs and after research and decision by the Municipal People's Government, the Harbin Municipal Public Security Bureau openly recruits auxiliary police officers of the public security organs (referred to as auxiliary police officers). The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:

2. Recruitment quantity

This time, 380 auxiliary police officers are publicly recruited.

IV. Recruitment conditions

(1) Basic principles

1. Support the leadership of the Communist Party of China and the Constitution of the People’s Republic of China , abide by laws and regulations, and have good conduct;

2. Have the physical condition to perform duties normally, be able to strictly abide by work disciplines, keep work secrets, obey organizational assignments, voluntarily engage in auxiliary police work, and be able to adapt to overtime and night shifts and travel to perform duties;

3. Physical and mental health, physical fitness assessment and physical examination standards shall be implemented in accordance with the recruitment standards of the People's Police;

4. Personnel with household registration in the ninth district of Harbin City;

5. Age requirements: above 18 years old and below 30 years old (inclusive) (born between January 1992 and January 2005).

In addition to meeting the above basic conditions, applicants should also have the academic qualifications, height, weight and other qualifications required for the recruitment position (see Appendix 1: "Recruitment Plan" for details).

(2) The following people cannot apply

Applicants who meet the conditions for extra points should upload a written application and relevant supporting materials when registering, which will be reviewed by the Harbin Public Security Bureau. Candidates can only use one of the above extra points.

5. Application procedures and methods

(1) Registration

This recruitment will be conducted online.

The registration time is from 8:00 on February 8, 2023 to 17:00 on February 10.

Applicants’ registration, filling in basic personal information, uploading photos, checking qualification review results, printing registration forms, printing admission tickets, checking scores, and announcing and publicizing those who enter each link are all handled online. .

Applicants are requested to log in to the registration website hrbgaj2023.jsp within the specified time to complete the registration and related links.

Applicants can only apply for one position. After passing the online qualification review, they cannot apply for other positions.

The main materials that need to be uploaded are:

1. Home page of household registration and personal page, front and back of ID card;

2. Graduation certificate.

Applicants with a college degree or above must upload the electronic registration form for academic certificates downloaded from Xuexin.com;

3. Retired military personnel must also provide their retirement certificate;

7. The uploaded certificates, documents or photos (need to be recent front-facing color electronic ID photos without hats) should be limited to 1M bytes, and the photo format is *.jpg.

(2) Qualification review

Qualification review runs through the entire recruitment process. Anyone who falsifies the materials and information submitted by the applicant will be disqualified from the examination or employment once verified.

Any applicant who fails to pass the qualification review due to incomplete information, incorrect uploading, etc. shall be held responsible.

After the online registration is completed, if the ratio of the number of recruitment positions to the number of qualified applicants does not reach 1:3, the recruitment position will be canceled or reduced. Candidates whose application positions are canceled can only apply for other positions once. (3) Measurement of height and weight

After the online qualification review is completed, candidates must have their height and weight measured on site. Those who do not meet the conditions will be deemed to have failed and the exam will be cancelled. (4) Print the admission ticket online

For the time and method of printing the admission ticket, candidates are advised to pay attention to the notification on the registration website in time.

The admission ticket is a valid document for participating in all aspects of this recruitment, and candidates should keep it properly.

6. Written test

(1) Written test time

The time announced on the admission ticket and registration website shall prevail.

(2) Written examination content

1. Exam format: Closed book examination.

2. Exam subjects: It is divided into two subjects: "Administrative Professional Aptitude Test" and "Basic Knowledge of Public Security" (including current affairs and politics, etc.), with a full score of 200 points (100 points for each subject).

The exam time is 180 minutes.

3. Please refer to the written test admission ticket and registration website for details of the written test location and precautions.

When taking the exam, candidates must bring the original written examination admission ticket and the original second-generation ID card (if the second-generation ID card is lost, you can bring a temporary ID card) into the examination room, other documents are invalid.

If you are unable to take the exam due to incomplete documents, you will be responsible for your own responsibility.

4. Each candidate must prepare his own black carbon pen, 2B pencil, eraser and other examination equipment. No other items are allowed into the examination room. Violators will be dealt with according to relevant regulations.

5. Check the written test results.

Two days after the written test ends, please log in to the registration website to check your results.

7. Interview

(1) Candidates who enter the interview will be determined based on their written test scores from high to low according to the ratio of 1:3 in the recruitment plan. Those who are tied for the last place can enter at the same time. interview.

The list of interviewees will be published on the registration website for 3 working days, and the interview time, location and other matters will be announced at the same time.

To enter the interview, you must bring your valid ID card and interview admission ticket to attend the interview. Those who fail to meet the deadline will be deemed to have given up automatically.

Those who are absent on the day of the interview will not affect the interviews of other candidates.

(2) The interview will be conducted in the form of a structured interview, with a maximum score of 100 points, and the interview time for each person will not exceed 10 minutes.

Mainly test the professional knowledge, business quality and potential ability of the position.

Applicants whose interview score is less than 60 points will not be hired.

8. Determination and announcement of exam results

The total exam score is calculated as a percentage. The total exam score = written test score ÷ 2 × 60% + interview score × 40% (retaining decimal points the last two digits).

The final test scores will be released on the registration website two days after the interview.

The candidates will be sorted according to the positions they applied for and the total test scores from high to low, and the candidates for the physical examination will be determined according to the ratio of 1:1 in the recruitment plan.

If the total test scores of the last candidates are the same, priority will be given to those who are party members, those with higher academic qualifications, those with driver's licenses, and those who are younger, etc., priority will be given to hiring.

9. Physical Fitness Assessment

(1) Before the physical fitness test, candidates must sign the "Physical Condition Confirmation Form" (see Attachment 3).

If there are those who voluntarily give up the physical fitness test, they will be ranked according to the total score and filled in order from high score to low score according to the recruitment ratio.

The list of candidates for the physical fitness test will be announced on the registration website, along with the time and location of the physical fitness test.

(2) Physical fitness test items and standards

(3) Those who fail the physical fitness test will not be hired, and the vacancies will be filled in order from high to low total test scores.

10. Physical examination

(1) Among those who have passed the physical fitness test, candidates for physical examination will be determined according to the ratio of 1:1 in the recruitment plan, and two days after the completion of the physical fitness test, candidates will be selected on the registration website Announcement and announcement of physical examination time, location and other matters.

(2) Physical examinations are conducted in Grade II A and above comprehensive hospitals.

(3) Those who fail to pass the physical examination or fail to participate in the physical examination as required will be disqualified from employment.

(4) If candidates have objections to the physical examination results, they must submit an application for re-examination within 2 days, and the Harbin Municipal Public Security Bureau will organize a re-examination at a physical examination hospital of the same level. 11. Inspection and Publicity

(1) Those who pass the physical examination will undergo political inspection.

(2) Inspection content

12. Employment and benefits

(1) After the publicity period expires and there is no objection to the publicity result, the Harbin Municipal Public Security Bureau will sign a labor contract with the employee and sign the labor contract for the first time. The term shall be no less than 3 years and 6 months (including a six-month probationary period).

(2) After the contract expires, the contract can be renewed based on the wishes of both parties.

Those who fail the probation period assessment will have their employment qualifications revoked.
