What are the requirements for the court to recruit drivers?

Legal basis: Provisions on the Application and Use of Motor Vehicle Driving License Article 40 When applying for a motor vehicle driving license for the first time or increasing the number of quasi-driving models, the applicant shall meet the following requirements when making an appointment for examination subject 2:

(a) to apply for small cars, small automatic cars, low-speed trucks, three-wheeled cars, small automatic passenger cars for the disabled, wheeled bicycles, trolleybuses and trams, and make an appointment for the examination ten days after obtaining the driver's license;

(two) to apply for large buses, tractors, city buses, medium-sized buses and large trucks, and make an appointment for the examination 20 days after obtaining the driver's license.

"Provisions on the Application and Use of Motor Vehicle Driving License" Article 57 A motor vehicle driver shall, within 90 days before the expiration of the motor vehicle driving license, apply to the vehicle management office in the place where the motor vehicle driving license is issued or overseas.
