Division of Neighborhood Committees in Guzhen County

The details are as follows

This neighborhood adjustment area is mainly based on factors such as community population size, regional area, public service resources, etc., based on the main roads and rivers in the county, namely Liuheng (Huihe, Huihe Road, Guyang Road, Yingbin Avenue, Scenery River, Fenjin Road) six vertical lines (Beijing-Shanghai Railway-Guanyuan Road, Shengli Road, Huangyuan Road, Huijin Road, Lixin Road, Sanbahe) as the basic boundary , make appropriate adjustments to the areas of 16 urban neighborhood committees and 2 suburban neighborhood committees in the county. After the adjustment, the names of 11 urban neighborhood committees such as Daying will be retained, 6 new urban neighborhood committees such as Binhe will be established, 5 urban neighborhood committees such as Wafang will be cancelled, and 2 suburban neighborhood committee areas will be adjusted. 4. Dongfeng Neighborhood Committee:

(1) The four directions after adjustment: Lixin Road-Guyang Road-Huangyuan Road-Yingbin Avenue;

(2) Included Area: part of the original Dongfengju, a small part of Guyangju, a small part of Mengzhuangju;

(3) Residential areas and residential areas under its jurisdiction: Guyang Garden, North Bank Huafu, Zhuzhuang Lane and Anju Building , the west part of Kangfu Lane, the east part of Kangfu Lane, the county hospital dormitory, the agricultural supplies market, the back part of the Grain Bureau (Guyang), Mantingfang (Mengzhuang);

5. Dongyuan Neighborhood Committee:

(2) Including areas: most of the original Dongyuanju, most of Gudongju, a small part of Dongfengju, and a small part of Guyangju;

(3) Residential communities and residential areas under its jurisdiction: Zhenyahuamen, Zhenyahuamen, Yahua Mansion, Baima Global Port, dormitory of No. 1 Agricultural Machinery Factory, northwest corner of small village and grain market, southeast pedestrian area (Guyang), Century Triumph (Gudong), Gong'an Lane (Gudong demolition), Qingyi Yage Garden ( Mengzhuang,) Lixin Road West (Mengzhuang), Nanyuan Times Building (Dongfeng);

6. Huihe Neighborhood Committee:

(1) Four directions after adjustment: Huijin Road-Shunhe Road-Beijing-Shanghai Railway-Huangyuan Road-Huihe Road;

(2) Included area: all of the original Huiheju, all of Wafang Street, part of Huangyuanju, and a small part of Dayingju;

7. Zhanghong Neighborhood Committee:

(2) Included area: a small part of the original Zhanghongju, most of Gaixiaju, and part of Liuzhuangju;

(3) Residential areas and residential areas under jurisdiction: Xuefu Wenyuan, Xingzhi Middle School Dormitory (Liuzhuang), Morning Light International (Liu Zhuang), Harmony Garden (Liu Zhuang), Zhang Hong Mansion (under construction), Guyang New Era (Gaixia under construction), Splendid Years (Gaixia under construction);

8. Guyang Neighborhood Committee:

(1) Four directions after adjustment: Huangyuan Road-Huihe Road-Shengli Road-Yingbin Avenue;

(2) Including areas: most of Yuangu Yangju, most of Zhanxiaju, and a small part of Zhanghongju;

(3) Residential areas and residential areas under jurisdiction: the area behind ICBC, the area behind Central Shopping Mall, the Nonggong Lane area, and the stadium Film, Century Honor (below the station), Jinshui Huating Residential Community (below the station), County Community Residential Area (below the station), Zhengyi Lane Residential Area (below the station), both sides of the Native Product Lane (below the station);

(4) Adjusted population (currently based on the Seventh Census): 2,644 households with 6,978 people;

(5) Main units in the jurisdiction: County Party Committee and County Government, County Culture and Broadcasting Bureau, Town Three Primary Schools, County Disabled Persons' Federation, Central Water Company.

9. Neighborhood Committee under the station:

(1) Four directions after adjustment: Shengli Road-Huihe Road-Railway-Park Road-Yingbin Avenue;

(2) Included area: part of the original station's Xiajiaju, most of Xiguanju, and part of Zhanghongju;

(3) Residential areas and residential areas under its jurisdiction: Mingdu Square area, Xixiang public rental housing (Zhanghong) , Fengze Garden Film (Zhang Hong), Steel Market Film (Zhang Hong), West Lake Villa Yinghua Garden Film (Xiguan), Railway Dormitory Area (Xiguan), Jiaotong Middle Road Demolition Film (Xiguan);

10. Xiwei Neighborhood Committee

(1) The four areas after adjustment: Huangyuan Road-Jinpu Railway-Huihe Road;

(2) Including area: the original West Most of Weiju, part of Huangyuanju, and a small part of Xiguanju;

(3) It governs residential communities and residential areas: Cuihu Garden, Shangda Tianyue, Jinhui Community (Huangyuan), Shangdatian Yu (Huang Yuan), Shangda Xincheng (Xiguan), Railway Dormitory (Xiguan), Seed Company Dormitory Film (Xiguan).

(4) Adjusted population (currently based on the seventh census): 2,999 households with 8,444 people;

(5) Main units in the jurisdiction: Town No. 2 Primary School, Boai Hospital, Mart Supermarket , Jinhui Vegetable Market.

11. Huangyuan Neighborhood Committee.

(1) After adjustment, the four destinations are: Railway South - Huihe River;

(2) Including area: the Hu newspaper part of the original Xiwei Neighborhood Committee;

( 3) Residential communities under jurisdiction: Hubao New Village (Hubao Renjia), Ronghao Bund, Jinpenglong_Tai, Hubin No. 1, Shangheyuanzhu;

(4) Adjusted population (seventh census) Yes): 922 households with 2,911 people;

(5) Main units in the jurisdiction: a small branch in the town.

2. Newly established:

1. Dongcheng (reason for naming: the area is located east of the Sanba River and on the eastern edge of the county).

(1) The four major areas of the community: High-speed Railway - Gongye Road - Sanba River - Gubeng Road;

(2) Including area: the part north of Gongye Road of the original Wafang Neighborhood Committee;

(3) Residential communities under jurisdiction: Riverside Pearl, Dongfang Yayuan, Huihe Xincheng, Jingmao Huafu;

(4) Adjusted population (seven census statistics are available ): 4,811 households with 12,540 people;

(5) Main units in the jurisdiction: County No. 4 Middle School, County Primary School No. 1 Branch, County Fire Brigade, Guangcai Market.

2. Binhe (reason for naming: the area is adjacent to the Hui River and the Sanba River, and there is a riverside community within the jurisdiction).

(1) The four major areas of the community: High-speed Railway - Gubeng Road - Huiheba - Sanba River;

(2) Including area: the south part of Gongye Road of the original Wafang Neighborhood Committee ;

(3) Residential communities and residential areas under jurisdiction: Binhe Community, Hanlin Garden, Wafang Mansion (under construction);

(4) Adjusted population (seventh census) Yes): 768 households with 1,856 people;

3. Lixin (reason for naming: living beside Lixin Road, which means establishing the new and removing the old).

(1) Four areas after adjustment: high-speed rail access road - Xin Guling Road - Yingbin Avenue - Lixin Road - Chaoyang Road;

(2) Area included: a small part of the original Dongfengju , a small part of Dongguanju, a small part of Dayingju, a small part of Gudongju;

(3) Residential areas and residential areas under its jurisdiction: Caozhuang New Village, Phosphate Fertilizer Factory Dormitory, Gudong New Village, Yangzhan Xincun;

(4) Adjusted population (currently based on the Seventh Census): 843 households with 2,050 people;

(5) Main units in the jurisdiction: Chengbei Farmers Market, Fruit Market, Tomorrow Environmental company, county highway management station.

4. Apricot Grove (named reason: Confucius gave lectures in an apricot forest called the Apricot Altar, and there were original apricot trees here).

(1) Four areas after adjustment: Huibei Road - Chaoyang Road - Lixin Road - Scenery River - Dongfeng Road - Fenjin Road;

(2) Area included: part of the original Dongfeng Neighborhood Committee ;

(3) Residential communities under jurisdiction: Xincheng Guandi, Dijing Tiancheng, Zhuangyuanfu, Mingbang University, etc.;

(4) Adjusted population (seven census statistics are available ): 1,864 households with 5,408 people:

5. Caozhuang (reason for naming: this area was originally the territory of the Caozhuang resident group).

(1) Four areas after adjustment: Lixin Road-Guyang Road-Huangyuan Road-Yingbin Avenue;

(2) Included area: part of the original Dongfeng Neighborhood Committee and a small part of Gaixia Neighborhood Committee;

(3) Residential communities under its jurisdiction: Duojin Center (Dongfeng), Windsor Castle (Dongfeng), Huahai Jingxiu (Dongfeng), Huahaiyue Mansion (Dongfeng), Kaixiang Times Square (Dongfeng), Kaixiang Times Square (Dongfeng), Xiangshishi Mansion (Dongfeng), Dongfeng Mansion (under construction in Dongfeng), Kaixiang Xingfuli (under construction in Gaixia);

(4) Adjusted population (currently based on the seventh census): 3144 households with 9194 people .

(5) Main units in the jurisdiction: County People’s Hospital, Top 100 Supermarkets.

6. Xu Shen (named reason: close to Xu Shen Cultural Park)

(1) Shengli North Road-Yingbin Avenue-Gongyuan Road-Hucheng Bazi and Science and Education Garden public rental housing Community;

(2) Includes areas: part of the original Zhanghongju, a small part of Liuzhuangju, and a small part of Chengxiju;

(3) It governs residential communities and residential areas: Jinyu Garden Community (Zhang Hong), No. 2 Middle School Backstage (Zhang Hong), Shangshu Mansion (Zhang Hong is under construction), Science and Education Garden (west of the city).

(4) Adjusted population (currently based on the seventh census): 724 households with 1,810 people;

(5) Main units in the jurisdiction: County No. 2 Middle School and County Traffic Police Brigade. and Historically, it was not called "Wafang", but was called Wafang Brigade and Wafang Village successively. When the village was restructured in December 2004, in order to avoid the suspicion of having the same name as the "Wafang Street" neighborhood committee, Wafang Village was renamed Wafang Village. The committee was renamed Wafang Neighborhood Committee.

2. Gudong

Now the Gudong area is the center of the county; the name of Gudong is later than the name of "Teco Yuan", and all areas are merged into the Teco Yuan Neighborhood Committee.

3. Wafang Street

Reason for cancellation: Wafang Street, as a "street", no longer exists due to demolition; and the name of Wafang Street is later than the name of "Huihe". All its jurisdictions were merged into the Huihe Neighborhood Committee.

4. Gaixia

Reasons for cancellation: It has the same name as Haocheng Town Gaixia Neighborhood Committee; and the name of Gaixia is later than the name of Zhang Hong, and most of its jurisdiction is merged into Zhanghong Neighborhood Committee.

5. Xiguan

Reason for cancellation: Guzhen did not have the name "Xiguan" or related place names in its history; and it was later than the name "Zhanxia", and most of its jurisdiction was not Enter the next neighborhood committee.

4. Adjust the two suburban neighborhood committee areas of Liuzhuang and Chengxi

1. Liuzhuang

Liuzhuang neighborhood committee has an agricultural village management system. It is planned to adjust the area south of Scenery River and east of Shengli Road to the jurisdiction of Zhanghong Neighborhood Committee, including Xingzhi Middle School Dormitory, Chenguang International Community, Harmony Garden Community, Guyang New Era Community (under construction) and other communities; it is planned to transfer the area south of the flood control dam to , the west part of Shengli Road was adjusted to the jurisdiction of the newly established Xu Shen Neighborhood Committee.

2. Chengxi

Chengxi Neighborhood Committee is an agricultural village management system. It is planned to adjust the part east of the flood control dam and north of Yingbin Avenue to the jurisdiction of Xu Shen Neighborhood Committee, namely the Science and Technology Garden public rental housing community.
