1. Responsible for the control and operation of the concrete production process, completing the mixing production tasks on time, quality and quantity, and keeping concrete production records;

2. When there is a problem with mechanical equipment during the construction process, the operator must promptly carry out emergency repairs and shall not refuse repairs for any reason;

3. Strictly implement the production operating procedures to ensure that the concrete collapses degree to prevent pump clogging;

4. Strictly operate according to the concrete mix ratio provided by the engineering department, and it is strictly forbidden to input incorrect concrete grade; the personnel on duty must first self-check the input concrete strength mix ratio. Check, and then cross-check, and then enter the mixing process after confirmation;

5. If there is a sudden heavy rain during the mixing process, the water consumption must be adjusted in time. When starting up and mixing within 5-10 buckets, the concrete slump should be debugged on-site together with the on-site construction personnel. When the water-cement ratio is stable, automatic mixing can be started. During the mixing process, the slump should be checked at any time to prevent any accidents. If notified by the person in charge of the site, the production should be strictly controlled according to the number of signatures and strength grade requirements of the leader of the engineering department, so as not to cause concrete waste and strength problems;

6. Check the mixer, cement, and bone every week Inspect the materials to ensure accurate measurement. If errors are found, they must be adjusted in time, and adjustments must not be delayed on the grounds that the errors are small;

7. Check the situation in the cement measuring bucket in a timely manner, and clean up the accumulation immediately if any accumulation is found to avoid errors in cement measurement;

8. After each mixing, the mixer must be cleaned, the operation of the equipment must be checked and records must be kept. No concrete or sand should be left behind the mixer, discharge hopper and around the mixer. If there is any leakage, it should be cleaned up and used in time. Avoid waste of materials

9. Clean the operating room and operating table in time to reduce dust deposition. Enter the operating room 10 minutes in advance every day to prepare for shift handover. Ensure that the electrical switch is working properly;

10. When the mixer is working, you should look and listen twice. When there is abnormal noise in the components, you should communicate with the maintenance personnel in time for repair;

11. Complete other tasks temporarily assigned by the webmaster.
