I. Recruitment Plan

In 2023, 85 public teachers will be specially recruited, including 52 from senior high schools (Jingshan No.1 Middle School 16, Jingshan No.5 Middle School 18, and municipal secondary vocational schools 18) and 20 from junior high schools (Experimental Middle School 10, Jiannu Middle School 5 and Xinshi No.1 Middle School 5).

1. Full-time undergraduate graduates in 2023 from six normal universities (Beijing Normal University, East China Normal University, Central China Normal University, Northeast Normal University, Shaanxi Normal University and Southwest University) directly under the Ministry of Education, and full-time undergraduate graduates in 2023 from non-normal universities who have obtained teacher qualification certificates in corresponding disciplines; Full-time undergraduate and above graduates from Hubei University, Hubei Normal University, Yangtze University, Three Gorges University, Hubei Second Normal University, hubei university of arts and science and Huanggang Normal University in 2023.

2. According to other "double-class" universities in China, we will build full-time undergraduate and above graduates in 2023.

3. Full-time undergraduate and above graduates from domestic vocational and technical normal colleges in 2023 (professional teachers in secondary vocational and technical schools only).

4. Full-time college degree or above in preschool education in domestic universities in 2023 (only for directly under the authority city kindergartens).

5. The recruitment position of Jingshan No.1 Middle School is only for six normal universities directly under the Ministry of Education and full-time undergraduate and above graduates from Hubei University, Yangtze University and Hubei Normal University in 2023; Those who apply for a master's degree or above in Jingshan No.1 Middle School and Jingshan No.5 Middle School are required to be teachers' majors corresponding to the subjects they apply for.

Third, the recruitment conditions

(1) basic conditions

6. Have other conditions necessary for the post.

Four. Recruitment procedure

(1) Sign up.

It is necessary to inform the candidates of the materials they need to provide at one time and try to review them at one time. In the process of examination, we should adhere to the consistency of examination standards and grasp the correlation between job requirements and candidates' qualifications.

If the position reported by the applicant fails to pass the examination, the recruiting unit shall notify the candidate at the first time, and the candidate may re-select other positions within the registration time.

2. Qualification examination.

After the registration deadline of February 10, each recruitment school will report the list of qualified personnel in the preliminary examination to the Municipal Education Bureau for summary, and the written examination ratio is 1:3. According to the registration situation, the Municipal Education Bureau will inform the relevant applicants to review the qualifications of positions that meet the written test ratio. The number of applicants does not reach the required proportion of the examination, and the qualification review will no longer be carried out.

The time for qualification review is scheduled for February 17 at Jingshan Education Bureau. Those who pass the qualification review will be issued a written test admission ticket by the Municipal Education Bureau.

Qualification examination will run through the whole process of this recruitment.

(3) Testing

1. written test.

The written test time is February 2023 18. The specific examination time and place shall be subject to the written examination admission ticket issued.

The written test mainly tests the comprehensive knowledge level and ability of candidates, and the scope is not limited. The total written test score is 100, of which the minimum written test score control line is 60 points, and those who fail to reach it may not enter the interview.

2. Interview.

Interview time: February 2023 19. According to the written test results, candidates are shortlisted for interview according to the approved proportion. Those who abstain will be replenished in turn.

The interview is mainly conducted in the form of lectures, focusing on the professional quality and teaching ability of the candidates. Full interview score 100.

3. Comprehensive achievement.

The comprehensive score of candidates is the sum of 40% of written test scores and 60% of interview scores.

After the interview, according to the total scores of written test and interview, the announcements will be arranged from high score to low score, and the list of people participating in physical examination and assessment will be drawn up.

When the final ranking results are tied, the person with the highest written test scores will enter the physical examination and assessment.

(4) Investigation and physical examination

According to the comprehensive scores of candidates, the candidates to be hired are determined according to the proportion of the number of recruitment plans from high score to low score, and physical examination and inspection are carried out.

The Municipal Education Bureau, the recruitment school, the employment guidance center of colleges and universities, and the candidates to be hired sign the Employment Agreement for Graduates of Ordinary Colleges and Universities (hereinafter referred to as the Employment Agreement). If the employment agreement is not signed, the employment qualification will be cancelled, and the equal amount will be replenished according to the candidates' examination results.

The investigation team inspected the ideological performance, moral quality and academic performance of the candidates who signed the employment agreement, and reviewed the qualifications of the candidates.

Those who pass the physical examination and inspection shall, after obtaining graduation certificate, degree certificate, teacher qualification certificate and Putonghua grade certificate before the end of July 2023, go through the employment procedures in accordance with the relevant regulations on the management of public institutions, sign the employment contract of public institutions, and clarify that the minimum service period is five years; The probation system is implemented, and the probation period is one year.
