Looking back on this interview, I think I did a good job in some places, but there are also many unsatisfactory places. I think I can pass because I think I meet the requirements of this position: I have been doing personal loan approval, have experience in financial retail credit, and talked with the interviewer about the approval. He is basically in favor, which obviously shows that I have done this business. I can get used to traveling for six to twelve months and get my driver's license soon. I will read the financial statements. There is an English self-introduction, I think I can shout ok before I finish, and I have heard the English of the last interviewer, at least I think my pronunciation is much better than her. The time is basically normal, originally scheduled for 30 minutes, I will be out in 20 minutes. Where the performance is not satisfactory: I don't know if the air conditioner is too cold or really nervous, but I can obviously feel a little trembling when I speak. Moreover, due to the tense relationship, some questions were not answered clearly, and the risk control of personal loan approval was not answered well, because it seems that banks really lack a set of effective measures in this regard, and I can't talk about anything; After the second half of 2004, I stopped making car loans. It is true that the car loan of the branch stopped for various reasons, but I still made a mortgage. At the same time, I also reflected on the problems in car loans, which were not discussed at that time.

Of course, as a friend said, where I think I did well, I only made my own vertical comparison, not horizontal comparison with other interviewers, and the interviewers will definitely do it. Another point is that we don't know the hidden rules of every recruitment. For example, we want this position to be male/female, and we don't want this person to be a southerner/northerner. We hope this person is younger/more experienced. In fact, this kind of information inequality started from the moment you submitted your resume. Just because you're not selected doesn't mean you're incompetent. Maybe the resume screener doesn't like your style, or you can't show the elements it needs. Looking for a job is like buying stocks. There are both strength factors and luck factors. The key is to believe in yourself.
