Third, it is conducive to strengthening and developing general aviation. The flight zone index of Baicheng Civil Airport is 4C. In this phase, a 2500m runway will be built, with 236.5m×18m civil aviation contact taxiway in the middle and 236.5m×18m navigation contact taxiway in the northeast.

There are 3 berths (3C) in the civil aviation station in this phase, and the navigation apron (1C4B) of 5 berths is set according to the design of self-sliding in and out of the aircraft.
