The construction of the airport is of positive significance to the economic and social development of Baicheng. It is necessary to build the airport from three aspects. First, it is of great significance to further promote the rapid development of Baicheng's economic and trade industry and tourism and holiday industry, which is conducive to promoting the transformation of resource advantages into economic advantages and meeting the people's time-saving and efficient travel needs. Second, it is conducive to improving the layout of civil airports in Jilin Province and forming a comprehensive transportation system with coordinated development of various modes of transportation and ground transportation. Third, it is conducive to strengthening and developing general aviation. The flight zone index of Baicheng Civil Airport is 4C. In this phase, a 2500m runway will be built, with 236.5m×18m civil aviation contact taxiway in the middle and 236.5m×18m navigation contact taxiway in the northeast.

There are 3 berths (3C) in the civil aviation station in this phase, and the navigation apron (1C4B) of 5 berths is set according to the design of self-sliding in and out of the aircraft. According to the evaluation suggestion of China Consulting, the civil aviation and navigation apron will be merged. 1, flight area project. 3. Navigation lights, power supply and lighting works in the flight area. The main descent direction (northeast) of the runway is equipped with Class I precision approach lighting system, which is 900 meters long; The second descent direction (southwest) is equipped with B-type simple approach lighting system, which is 420 meters long. And lighting facilities such as runway center line, sidewalks, entrances, U-turn apron, ramp lights, station platform lights, etc.

4. Terminal project. Build a 4500 square meter terminal with a parking area of 4000 square meters.

5. Freight engineering. Construction of170m2 freight warehouse and 70m2 freight business room.

6, maintenance, field engineering. The joint construction area of the maintenance and field service room is 320 square meters.

7. Fire rescue project. Construction of 1 fire station with an area of 750 square meters.

8. Auxiliary production, office and living service facilities. Construction of12160m2 comprehensive office building and 840m2 comprehensive garage.

9. Power supply project. The airport has a 1 10kV central substation (including lighting substation) with an area of 65,438 square meters. The airport is a first-class load, and the total electricity consumption is about 1400kW.

10, water supply project. Construction of 1 270 m3 water supply station and 1 400 m3 reservoir.

12, heating, refrigeration and gas engineering. Construction of1450m2 boiler room, with 2 kilometers of directly buried heating pipes.

13, oil supply project. In this phase, two 100m3 oil storage tanks, two crane unloading trestles and oil pump sheds, 1 699m2 oil depot,100m2 station building and 108m2 ground automobile gas station will be built.

14, general layout project. The hardened road surface in the terminal area is about 48,442 square meters, with a perimeter of 2,093 meters and five gates. The green area of the site is about 33,300 square meters.

15, vehicle configuration. ***30 vehicles.

16, supporting projects in different places.
